Glendo trail building day THIS SATURDAY!!!

This is a reminder that we are hosting the final volunteer trail building day at Glendo State Park this weekend.  Should you wish to participate, please let us know so that we can provide enough food for participants.

Lunch will be provided by Ragged Edge Sports, from Casper.

We have 15 miles of trail on the ground with another 8 to 10 expected complete by fall, 2012.  This means that Glendo State Park will be a viable destination for trail enthusiasts.  We will have a bridge installed at Hytrek draw this fall or early spring when the ice melts off the lake to address some water issues accessing Sandy Beach/Dunes campgrounds.

As always, we have a great time building trail and meeting folks of similar interests.  Moreover, we will be prepared to hike and bike the trails after the event.

Meet at Two Moon group shelter at 9am.  We usually wrap up by 3pm or so.  Two Moon is located just past Glendo State Park Headquarters on the left.

We hope to see you there! Please bring sunscreen, hat, gloves and decent work boots or shoes.  Weather.com states the the weather for Saturday will be a high of 82 with little to no chance of rain.
