Setting Limits

Just got done with a killer workout tonight with the team. Tonight there was a time goal we set(limit).  On my way home, I thought about how spent I was and how bad I'm probably going to hurt tomorrow. I thought of a video I saw some while back and it made me wonder how much longer I could have gone. As we prepare for the upcoming season and we all set our sights on particular races and goals and things we want to get done on a bike, my hope is that we are able to give everything we have, and accomplish much this summer. Lets safely push limits and not set them. Hopefully the video isn't too cheesy, but it drives home the point.
