The show must go on!! So it will, on Thursday May 23rd. We are approved and good to go for the event on Thursday.
La Cocina will still be providing some tasty burrito's
The Lessee is excited to see us race on Thursday
R & R reststops will be there to supply a convenience for the racers
And the race hosts get another couple days to plan :)
Haha, seems like no matter how hard you prepare for these events, you could always use another day :)
