Ride recap

What a year, what a year!!!  This is so much fun for the Fat Fish Racing team to be hosting this amazing ride series.  We are having some great fun watching all the new faces walk up to the registration table and sign up to ride!!!  Thank you so much for supporting us by coming to our rides but most importantly, supporting Joshua's Foodstore this last ride!  Because of you, we helped donate over 100$ cash and a big box of food to an amazing cause.  Whether you see it everyday or not, there are many people in the area that need the help of Joshua's just to make it by.  Ever lived paycheck to paycheck??  I think we all have.  Lets continue to help the community out for the remainder of the year by having the entry fee to the rest of the Fat Fish Racing events be a canned food item or a dollar cash per rider.  Don't have a dollar?  That's ok, Fat Fish Racing is free for everyone!  This is just a suggested donation :)  We will not turn anyone away!

The last ride was so much fun!!!  LeMan's start.... Bet you weren't expecting that!  It was awesome to see over 60 riders running to their bikes in stampede fashion.  Colby and Kristi dominated the field at this last ride.  Great job you two!  Of course there is always a race at the front of the pack, the team appreciates the new riders, families, kids and veterans of the sport too, who come and ride with us.  Thank you for riding and we hope you finish out the year with us in our next 4 events.

Ever think you can ride your mountain bike for 100 miles straight???  Ask Matt and Neil how they did it at the Breckenridge 100 this last weekend.  Matt finished in under 12 hours with Neil just a little bit behind that.  12 hours on a bike!!!  That's a fun day!!  Mike is gearing up for a 100 mile mountain bike race in a few weeks while Leif and Matt will be racing in the Laramie Enduro (74 miles)!

I just can't say it enough... Thank You to all the riders who have come to a Fat Fish Event.  I hope that we can all meet up and chat sometime on the trail or at least after the next FFR ride.  See you soon!
