MAZED AND CONFUSED short track race

MONDAY JUNE 23rd

Who:  Anyone can race this short race.  Any age.

What: A short track race is a small loop where riders do multiple laps for around 20-25 minutes.

When: Monday.  Registration is open from 4-6 with the first race starting at 6:15

Where: Casper Mountain Nordic Lodge.  Registration is at the lodge while the course is behind the lodge in the maze trails.  Easy to find.  The finish of the race is at the timing hut about 100 yards from the parking lot.

Why: This will be the most exciting race to watch yet!  Short loops and fast racing.

Items of Buisness

Well the 2nd race of the series is in the books and everyone should be well on their way to a fantastically fun summer of biking. Just wanted to let you know of a few items that may answer questions you have had or been curious about. First is the series standings. There is now a link in the top right corner of this page that will take you right to where you can view how things are shaping up for the year.  2nd is Team scoring- We have a couple of full teams but have more teams who are in need of some more team mates. If you are interested in being on a team, it's not too late. Just shoot us an email and we can try to find a place for you to go. 3rd is T-shirts--If you registered early then you had the option of purchasing a FFR t-shirt. If not then we will have some for sale when they come in. We anticipate this to be the third or fourth race. 4th is racer check in from here on out. From now on when checking in please have your bib number known as it's the fastest way of getting you checked in. This will be a must to get you timed for the next races and also how we know everyone has made it back safe. Well that's about it. Hope everyone is having fun and getting in lots of riding.
Thanks,
FFR
